I have more than 10 years of managerial experience - especially in the hospitality industry -, and this has provided me with perspective on what the Guest Relations and Customer Service job entails. I’m very driven by goals, and my enthusiasms helps motivate and inspire my teams. I’m more than just a people person. People refer to me as an effective communicator a leader who isn’t afraid to get my hands dirty. I believe hospitality is the right Place to end my employment career, and hope to empower at least some of the younger generations to come out and be managers of the future. I will build my team up and encourage my subordinates to take up studies, given the chance to do so. I have a Master’s Degree, lots of customer relations with problem solving and a vast number of years of international experience to bring from Namibia.
