I have gained insight into the professional and entrepreneurial environment of my study field during my cooperation with these various research collaborators . I spent a predominant part of my youth abroad, of this nine years in Beijing and two in Moscow, which has greatly contributed to my ability to communicate with individuals of various cultures and beliefs; this was also facilitated by the IB system of education I was involved in, and my inclusion in the rhythmic gymnastics practice of local national teams.

Research Interests

On a wider scale, I am continuously searching for ways to increase the range of accessible treatment and prevention of diseases that are currently in lack of such. I am currently particularly intrigued by studying and comparing mechanical and biotechnological mechanisms of micro- and nano-particle uptake by human stem cells and immune cells, potentially leading into novel possibilities of non-invasive treatment of relevant human diseases, as well as development of micro fluidic devices and related technologies.
