I hold MBA degree in Human Resources Management and I am perusing certificate program in Human Resources Management at Mount Royal University. I am currently an associate member at CPHR Alberta and working towards becoming a certified Chartered Professional Human Resources.
I have over two years of intensive experience in recruitment, on-boarding and other administrative functions of Human Resources. In my previous roles as HR officer and HR executive with US based Healthcare IT Company I managed full cycle recruitment. I created job advertisement posted internally and externally through emails, job portals, social media and recruitment agencies. I used cost effective methods to source candidates, conducted phone screens and reference checks. I assisted new candidates with hiring process and ensured that all necessary documents are collected and attached in employee files. Created hard and Soft files of all employee files and attached in Human Resources Information System (HRIS). I also prepared and delivered orientation to new hires.
Beside this, I also successfully created and managed talent pipeline to fill future positions. Trained new Human Resources staff and maintained good professional relationship with employees at all level. I Participated in and organized different job fairs and positively managed employer branding campaign. I also developed and implemented policy such as leave policy, dress code policy, attendance policy, clock in/out policy. I created online HR forms, Resignation system, employment letters among other HR administrative requirements. I created and managed different HR reports such as daily absentees report, leave report and weekly recruitment report
