I am a determined, and hardworking individual with a 10-year experience working as an Assistant Branch Manager in one of the best Financial Institution in the Philippines. My basic task is to encode data in excel and word document,handle the financial statements of the branch, monitor the daily transactions and organize the files and to manage the branch when the branch manager is not around. I was trained to focus on customers needs and wants. To always provide the customer the satisfaction and services they deserve. In my 10 years of service, multitasking became my forte, because we have to do different tasks at the same time efficiently and effectively. I have learned how to handle pressure, and the stressful environment is never an issue. After that job, I am also a Virtual Assistant in one of e-commerce business based in Singapore where I have gained enough knowledge on how to answer emails and identify each customer's issues regarding our products and services. I also manage their social media accounts. I also have experience working in a Real Estate Business. My main task is to create ads on every list of apartments they provided and post it on Craigslist. I have also experience using Trello, Evernote Dropbox, Gmail, Asana, Slack and , Canva. Currently Teaching English language to Japanese.
