I have a university degree and my educational background is in commerce, human environment and sociology. I am bilingual (English and French) and know intermediate Spanish. I have a deep understanding of (and live and breathe for) all things social media (particularly Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest), having worked as a social media manager and community manager for both a local non-profit and a US-based marketing agency. I am also a professional content creator and run my own blog and its corresponding social media accounts, as well as a YouTube channel, and have partnered with hundreds of brands to increase their visibility online.
