I am a passionate person, ordinary for me is common. That's why I always go for "extraordinary." When I started in the customer service industry back in 2007, I was scared to conquer this field because I was inexperienced. But because of my excellent communication skills, hard work and perseverance, I reached my career point where I get to supervise groups of people, teach English and get what I want. I am very good with time management, I am familiar with The Four Quadrants of Time Management which is necessary especially working as a freelancer.
My experience in the past exposed me to skills such as communicating with clients over the phone, email, organizing schedules, setting up appointments and the like.
I learned to be multi-skilled as I venture into the freelancing world thru online courses. I have been studying Wordpress website building, SEO, email marketing, designs using Canva, set-up social media accounts, posting and scheduling on Facebook, Content planning, YouTube Optimization, answering inquiries on all channel and profiles and received my certificates.
I am very particular with deadlines. As mentioned, I can work with less or little supervision being part of a team.
