With the 18+ years’ experience in ICT Infrastructures and Services, mostly I worked with the United Nations. There I worked for more than a decade with the core network team managing the network and services for more than three thousand users. I have a good hands-on experience with LAN, WAN technologies, Data Center utilities, Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unified Wireless network, Media streaming and network monitoring servers like Cacti, NetFlow analyzer, IPPLAN, Cisco Prime Infrastructure, Prime Collaboration, Cisco Prime Deployment, Cisco Prime Licensing Manager and smart licensing etc. all in the virtual server’s environment.
Moreover, I led a couple of successful projects that significantly contributed to the communication means for our organization. I introduced Video communications over telephony, Townhall broadcasts over to workstations, Cisco Unity Services, Cisco Jabber services on Expressway etc. Additionally, I am certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and CCNA Routing and Switching, Voice, and Collaborations. My academics and work experience for network administrator skillset were lastly assessed by Australian Computer Society in 2013.
Recently, I joined the Executive MBA Program offered by the John Molson School of Business. My study visa permits me to work 20hrs\week.
