Before starting my HR and business strategy consulting business, I gained experience in all areas of HR with a focus in recruiting, onboarding, training and employee engagement initiatives. I help my clients create recruiting and onboarding strategies to help businesses attract and hire the right people who help drive their business to success.

I was the president of SHRM and have my black belt in six sigma. I've partnered with Babson, Hult, DeSales and various others reputable names to provide leadership coaching and hr support.

I've lived in Asia, Europe and America and have a good understanding how to work across various cultures. My writing has been published in large publications such as Entrepreneur, Addicted 2 Success, the Good Men Project, Thrive Global and I'm currently in the process of getting into Forbes, Fast Company and Business Insider.

I'm a frequent blogger and thoroughly enjoying writing. I'm proficient in social media and I'm a natural communicator. It's easy for me to build solid and lasting relationships and I love delivering presentations and trainings. I'm a quick learner, driven and a great problem solver.
