My approach to IT support is simple: If I’m in a conference room and the video isn’t working, I’ll (gracefully) crawl under the table, and check that everything is properly plugged in. If there is something I don’t know or need additional information on, I will do whatever possible to find a solution Google, Teammates, Reddit etc. If hired, I will listen to every concern, do my very best to find a solution for the customer, vendor, or teammate.
