I was a technical support for 6 years with at&t, Optus mobile Australia, T-mobile UK and 2 years as an IT helpdesk analyst with Xerox for Aetna healthcare account.
My tasks were troubleshooting software, hardware, network and internet connection issues. I managed users accounts, handled email and chat support tasks.
