My name is Mo Nguyen. With the dual Bachelor degree and the dual Master of Science degree in The International Hospitality Management of The Aberdeen's Robert Gordon University - The Business and Hospitality Management School in Switzerland including many working experiences directly with people in diverse professional settings, I believe that my hospitality and experience as a Receptionist, Housekeeping supervisor trainee, and a Food and Beverage intern make me an excellent candidate for your team.
Ideally, this position will allow me the opportunity to utilize my experience. I have gathered good communication skills and can present my ideas fluently. Additionally, the experience in customer service and receptionist help me to develop my emails writing and reservation skills. When I was a Housekeeping supervisor Trainee, I was always interacting with guests of all ages, which enhanced my ability to communicate with all kinds of people. This experience also teaches me to be careful and take care of details during inspect the room for the guest and fulfill the guest needs.
