Education requirement: I received my certificate for Real Estate Sales and Mortgage Brokering from UBC. Along with annual courses, also 30 years of marketing and sales training by the best in North America.
30-year Experience: I founded a mortgage company, signed up franchises in BC, AB and On. Created Canada's first suite of systems and software for the mortgage brokerage industry. Set up a referral network with 4200 financial planners in 42 offices nationally.
I was the CEO and administrator for the company for 12 years. In addition, I have planned large real estate developments and projects.
Change Management: The financial service industry has experienced many changes in the last 15 years. My team and I created a framework along with business processes and organizational structures to implement significant changes for the whole organization.
