I graduated with a bachelor of Arts, Communication and Technology from SFU, and continued to study Computing Support at Verdun Adult and Career Center. Upon completing my diploma in Computing Support, I found out I have a passion for web design and web development. We learned how to use WordPress, HTML, and CSS to create responsive websites and put some 'make-up' on them so that they look better, and we also used applications like Balsamiq to create mock-up sites. I am glad that I could apply these skills during my internship at Atwater Library and Computer Center.
Having worked in a group together on a project, I certainly developed my interpersonal and organizational skills because during our communication, different needs were present and we need to corporate with each other in order to have a perfect outcome. Last but not least, I am active on various social media platforms and always want to be inspired by those who are experts on design, blogging, and creativity.
I speak English, a bit French, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Received a certificate of Translation into Chinese from University of Toronto, and a certificate of Speech Science from Simon Fraser University.
