I have been engaged in some sort of customer facing occupation all my life. As a Army veteran I worked in many hospitals dealing with military personnel as well as civilian. After successfully serving my time with an honorable discharge I started my civilian career in the same realm. As a US Postal service worker I started in a mail handler position where deadlines were important and the team must work as one. After 2 years in that position I was promoted to Supervisor of my own team and successfully lead that team for 2 years meting deadlines and ranking within the top 10% in our distribution center. After 5 years at the US Postal service I changed my focus and have been working for 14 years with Sprint as a technical advisor working with customers business and consumer to resolve issues with billing, devices, B2B account set ups, equipment fulfillment and all general maintenance with the accounts. I feel with the skills I have developed overall will make me a great team player or leader within any organization.
