I have presently finished working on a contract with IBM as a Wireless Infrastructure Architect for a joint project with Hydro-Quebec. My responsibilities included testing and configuring wireless network infrastructure in the conversion of all Hydro-Quebec offices to wireless infrastructure throughout Quebec. Previously I was working as the IT Site Administrator for Adesa Montreal, an auction house for automobiles, my responsibilities include supporting the network infrastructure for multiple buildings, supervise and manage System Coordinators in supporting over 250 internal users in software such as, Windows 7, Office 2007 and Auction Management Systems, as well as hardware such as Cisco routers, switches, patch panels, and other network peripherals. Furthermore I use software tools such as Orion and Airwaves to monitor the wireless network system.Previous to the above position, I was involved in the rollout of various major IT projects for SITA, an airlines organization. I coordinated the deployment and support of hardware and software such as Reservation System equipment for the Airlines at Hotels, Airports and Desktop Offices worldwide.
