I am a graduate of Humber College and have received my Executive Secretarial Arts Diploma. Also, I am currently studying to receive the Microsoft Office Specialist Certification. Therefore, I have expert knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. As the Executive Assistant to the President and Chief Executive Officer, Senior Vice-President, Chief Financial Officer, Director or Manager, I use this knowledge to complete tasks in an efficient, timely and organized manner. Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are also part of my strengths. As a seasoned professional, the focal point of my career has always been to provide strong administrative and personal support to a dynamic and changing environment. My resourcefulness, creativity, sense of humour and the ability to interact with people at all levels are my key strengths. I also have experience in administrative support, scheduling, liaising with stakeholders, clients and vendors, logistical support for on-site and off-site meetings, handling telephone inquiries and handling accounts payable and receivable. I have over ten years of experience as an office administrator; strong multi-tasking skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
