Description

We are an industrial technology firm in Ottawa looking for part-time focused assistance with recruiting of engineering and manufacturing talent.

We're looking for part time / contract individual with relevant recruiting experience acting as a part of our team to help build our organization. This includes:
- creating and refining job descriptions
- active recruitment activities which may include advertising, increasing the company's social media presence, and recruiting through search channels
- working with external recruitment firms
- filtering and pre-screening of potential candidates
- arranging and conducting interviews

The company is seeking new permanent and contract positions including:
- Software Developer
- Systems Engineer / Scientist
- Product Support Specialist
- Operations Coordinator
