Job Description

We're now hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our team. If you are a hard-working and dedicated team player, our Realty company would like to hear from you!

Experience Required: Administrative: 2 years, Fluent in/Ability to read and write in English

Education Required: Secondary School

Job Duties:

- Greet visitors and point them in the right direction, answer inquiries, and create a welcoming environment
- Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner
- Invoice monthly closings
- Manage communication including emails and phone calls
- Screen phone calls, redirect calls, and take messages
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
- Maintain and order office supplies
- Receive invoices and review for accuracy
- Answering Phones
- Maintaining and updating spreadsheets
- Running errands
- Stocking supplies
- Sorting and sending mail
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Managing social media
- Create MLS listings
- Process offers

Financial Job Duties:

- Processing expense reports
- Processing payments
- Create and invoice other brokerages and lawyers
- Produce and complete commission cheques

Location: Mississauga, ON (Preferred)


- 8 hour shift
- Weekends
