The Opportunity:

We arm our reps (which we call "Growth Artists") with the same personalized lead generation machine that we sell to our clients. TecQify reps can expect to reach 2,000 leaders in their niche, connect with up to 600, and engage directly with up to 150 decision makers every month. The reps should book 2 appointments per day and close at least 2 deals per week, with a 2 month ramp-up period. You will begin booking appointments in the first two weeks and should expect to make your first sale in month 2.

The process is simple:

- We generate the lead for you
- You book the appointment with the lead
- You follow up with your prospects, sales cycles vary from 2 weeks to 2 months
- You close the deal
- You get paid
- Everybody is Happy, Happy, Happy
- Day in the life of an Growth Artist:
- Wake-up early, check metrics (0.5 hour)
- Categorize leads as not interested, interested, and follow up later (0.5 hour)
- Respond to messages and book new appointments (1 hour)
- Training (0.5 hours)
- Sales Calls (2.5 hours)
- Follow-up on previous calls (1 hour)
- Send proposals (1 hour)
- Check on and upsell existing customers (0.5 hour)
- Send daily summary email to Chief Growth Artist (0.5 hour)
- Do whatever you want with your money and freetime (16 hours)

Basic Requirements:

- High Level of Business Acumen and Professionalism
- Ability to close 2+ deals per week
- Familiarity with digital marketing
- Stick-to-itiveness
- Self-motivated and self-managed
- Reliable phone and internet
- Additional Preferences:
- Existing network of consultants, coaches, and/or B2B marketers
- Digital Marketing Agency Experience
- Sales Experience
