Description

Financial Analyst
We are looking for a financial analyst to help us develop the
financial structure for our business, with a particular focus on
creating a sustainable commission and revenue model. 

The project should include: 

* Developing our commission structure
* Determining the appropriate platform/service fee
* Modeling driver compensation
* Modeling the Earn-to-Own vehicle payment structure
* Determining how revenue should be allocated between drivers,
vehicle ownership, operating expenses and the company
* Vehicle acquisition and ownership economics
* Driver earnings and payout modellingWe already have a business
concept and initial financial information. We need someone who can
take the existing information and turn it into a clear, professional
financial model and recommend the right commission structure.

Experience with startups, marketplace/platform businesses,
transportation or rideshare economics, commission-based models and
Canadian businesses would be an asset.
