Description

At this stage, I’m looking for someone who can work with me on a
strategic assessment of the business and help identify and prioritize
our major business and operational risks before we scale. 

Some of the areas I would like reviewed include: 

• Business model and overall strategy
 • Pricing and unit economics
 • Fleet economics and vehicle financing
 • Capital requirements and deployment
 • Financial projections and break-even analysis
 • Key performance indicators/KPIs
 • Operational risks
 • Growth and scaling strategy
 • Market-entry strategy
 • Corporate governance
 • Vendor/partner risks
 • Financial and cash-flow risks
 • Strategic risks associated with rapid 
I would also like to develop a practical risk register and strategic
priorities for the next 12–24 months.
