I am currently pursuing my MSc in Human Resource Management from Trinity College, Dublin. My previous work experience has imbibed in me various skills and enabled the enhancement of my knowledge base. I have rendered by legal services to eminent advocates, law firms, and judges, both an intern and as a working professional. Being an actively practicing advocate in the lower courts in Karnataka and High Court of Karnataka, Bangalore, India I have gained. Sufficient legal knowledge.
I find myself fit in almost all the areas involved in an employee life cycle. My core values of caring adaptability, honesty, courage, truthfulness, sincerity, and open-mindedness will fit into any organization. I am quick in grasping and perform the work to the satisfaction of the seniors. My communication skills, informed reasoning ability, out of box creative thinking, critical and holistic thinking, and convincing ability allows me to make well-informed, reasonable, and evidence-based grounded decisions.
Being a martial artist has built within me calmness, patience and has taught me the importance of teamwork. My skill for drafting and reading the contracts prepares me for the role of HR staffing, agreement drafting and while ensuring the placement of legal knowledge with the contract.
I have a fair knowledge of compensation and benefits, employee relations, employee mediation, in-house inquiry when the need arises. I hold a legal degree with a blend of humanity while conciliation and mediation. I can perform the tasks of upholding, amending, and drafting the policies, procedures, rules, and regulations in compliance with statutory requirements and organizational norms.
My areas of interest include recruitment, skills development, leadership roles, dispute resolution, organizational design and development, workplace ethics, women empowerment, inclusion and diversity, training and development, motivation in the employees, reward systems, CSR implementation, talent retention, talent searching and recruitment, and also developing strategies to reduce collaborative overload in cross-functional teams.
