I've worked as a personal virtual assistant for clients, conducting web research, booking flights, and other ad hoc tasks. I also have a part-time job as a virtual assistant/bookkeeper for an asset management company based in the US. My responsibilities there include managing payroll, invoicing, bank reconciliation, auditing, and delivering text messages and emails to residents and tenants using ResMan. Along with the Leasing Team, I am responsible for keeping track of and updating the requirements for new and renewed leases as well as handling any necessary administrative work. In the Philippines, I have experience working in both private businesses and public institutions as an accounting assistant for more than three years, an administrative clerk for more than two years, and a sales and customer support representative for nearly two years (as Sales Associate and Service Crew - F&B Industry). Time management and organization skills have allowed me to take on several clients and meet time-sensitive deadlines with high-quality work. Effectively communicating has allowed me to always be up to date with my client's needs and expectations.
