As a student I have had the opportunity to dip my toe in many different industries, so I am equipped with education and training in multiple fields.

I have over five years of experience working in professional childcare through co-op programs, full-time, and part-time positions. This experience includes building an inviting and safe environment for children to reach developmental milestones important to their further development; cognitive, physical, emotional, and socially. This role also aided me in developing responsibility for vulnerable populations and engage with other supports and parents for a safe working and playing environment.

Throughout my time in University I have been able to complete multiple psychological studies in many different regions; statistics, cognition, social, and relationship dynamics. This research experience proves valuable as I was able to independently conduct statistical analysis, participation recruit, and study design - finished with a formal APA research report.

Additionally, I have worked in ABA psychotherapy as an Instructional Therapist. Within this role I was able to use action plans to conduct 1-on-1 therapy sessions with children who have autism to help develop their education in areas in need of improvement, as well help develop their social skills for continuing education. These children ranged in age from 4-17 years old and I have adapted to each case differently in order to deliver optimal client care.

In highschool I had the opportunity to act as program and outreach coordinator for the multicultural youth council and aided in developing and conducting a group called 'GRL PWR' in which our mission was to help end cycles of abuse, drug abuse, and mental health issues in vulnerable populations. Within this position I was tasked with tracking finances, deliberating tasks for team members, social media presence, outreach initiatives, and more.
