I will soon be completing my Diploma in Computer Networking and I am applying for a part-time job as “Call Center Agent” in your company.
From the time I worked at Mauritius Telecom call center and Mauritius Telecom store agent, I had been able to develop my listening skills to understand the customer’s needs and meet them. While working at the call center I had the chance to listen to customer who have internet problem at home. It was very satisfying to solve customer’s technical problem by troubleshooting them. In addition, I had to ensure that the billing, technical and commercial problem are solved. I dealt with bilingual customers and emphasized that all clients were satisfy at the end of the call.
I have worked at Mauritius Telecom customer store agent during Christmas time and on that festive periods, I had a personal sales objectives to achieve. It was really challenging because of external and internal competition. However, it was fun to work as a team.
Both in the store and at the call center I had the chance to use different applications to handle customer requests, complains and queries.
