I have done a Bachelor degree in Commerce Major in Business Management.
I have more than 5 years of experience working in a Marketing company as an Executive Assistant, in a BPO as a Customer Sales Representative and in a Retail company which is Marks and Spencer as a Consultant.
As an Executive assistant I am in charge of over all office management.
In the BPO company that I have previously worked, I handled the incoming and outgoing inquiries, complaints, or problems of the customer about our product(AMEX credit cards). We talk to customers, listen to them and gain a better understanding of their needs, and offer possible solutions.
I am a regular employee at Marks and spencer Philippines for 3 years and I have handled different departments such as Ladies, Mens, Food and toiletries. I am also in charge of pulling in and out of the weekly deliveries of the products. What product to display at the floor area. And I had also worked some part-time jobs as a Mystery shopper and as a Home based online HR Admin assistant in a Singapore based Apparel company.
