Experiences:
 Build relationships with day to day client contacts
 Identify issues, understanding implications and coming up with solutions for the Managers and Seniors
 Deliver on client expectations, this includes; work papers, reports, drafting tax returns and ad hoc requirements
 Keep detailed notes and records to provide to Seniors, Managers and Partners
 Manage client matters efficiently and effectively within timeframes and to budget
 Ensure Managers/Seniors are kept informed of all relevant client changes and issues
 Maintain accurate financial records on financial software (Xero), reconciling transactions and book keeping
 Support financial investigations and audits, and preparing reports
 Conduct reporting about the financial health of a business, such as cash flow projections
 Prepare profit and loss statements, monthly closing and cost accounting reports. • Resolve accounting discrepancies
 Ensure all accounts, records and reports are accurate and correct. E.g. Trust distributions, ensuring that they are allocated correctly in tax return
 Manage expenses and administration against JT&P policies and procedures
 Proactively manage risk and adhere to JT&P processes and procedures
 Understand ATO and legislative requirements and ensure it applies day to day
 Actively seek work from Senior Accountants and Managers, maintaining productivity targets
 Manually match any remaining transactions ensuring to create rules for all recurring transactions
 Complete required tax reporting in a timely manner
 Auditing Self-Managed Superannuation Fund
